The implementation of the server cache via Varnish technology on the Beastybike PrestaShop site made possible to responde to a need of improving loading performances.
Varnish is a very efficient server cache that helps reduce page response time to optimal values.
The service includes setting up the system and all the necessary software adaptations. It also includes the deployment of our cache management module on the PrestaShop back office.
At the end of the service, a before/after comparison of page construction times was sent.
The gain in construction time obtained is more than 70%
In addition, optimizing the construction time has a positive impact on the LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) reducing it accordingly.
As a reminder, the LCP is the time required before the display of the visually largest element of the page above the fold line. This is, beyond performance, to meet Google's prerequisites to improve the site's referencing. By lowering the page construction time, the LCP therefore arrives faster and is better rated.
